About Bryan
Bryan is an Executive Director in JPMorgan’s Commodities Group, focused on wholesale power and renewable energy transactions. With over 20 years of experience across various trading, origination, and management roles, Bryan has developed a deep understanding of the U.S. electricity markets.
As a specialist in negotiating high-value deals in complex markets—and both an explorer and completionist by nature—Bryan is skilled at spotting opportunities at the edge of the industry and designing the strategic frameworks and processes needed to capitalize on them.
With proven performance in executing commercial power strategy through structuring, pricing, and analysis of physical and financial transactions, Bryan has successfully closed conventional generation, renewable energy, and battery storage off-take agreements across PJM, MISO, NYISO, ISO-NE, ERCOT, CAISO, and WECC.
Bryan has extensive experience managing RFP and proposal responses, implementing strategic partnerships, and developing sustainable investment plans in accordance with board-level directives. He has demonstrated leadership capabilities through coordinating geographically diverse teams of legal, contracting, credit, and risk personnel.
As a promoter of competitive electricity markets—anchored on principles of customer sovereignty, transmission open access, and transparent system operations—Bryan’s work is driven by the belief that we can achieve more together than we ever can as individuals.
